It started as a simple database migration project from Foxpro to MySQL for our client that provides Professional Virtual Office Services to its clients. Soon they realized that the custom legacy application that they had been using since they started their business, was not able to keep up with their growing business and that they needed a more robust system that would not only have the ability to service several clients during peak business hours, but would also allow the executive management to monitor and oversee performance of its remote employees.
Artiems worked with the Daybreak Virtual Office Solutions’ executive team to create detailed functional specifications for their new CRM, incorporating the administrative workflows and employee interactions, and developed an entirely custom application for them.
Artiems continues to work with the Daybreak Virtual Office Solutions team on enhancements and optimization of the CRM to keep up with their growing business.
